Refund policy
At Edimannickal Edge Opticals, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality eyewear and exceptional service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return, refund, and cancellation policies are outlined below.
Return and Exchange Policy
● Clients can exchange sunglasses or frames within 3-4 days of delivery, provided the
products are unused, and the original tags and packaging are intact.
● Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, store
credit may be offered.
● Prescription lenses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are custom-made
to individual specifications.
● To initiate an exchange, clients must contact our customer support team with proof of
purchase.
Refund Policy
● Refunds will only be processed in cases where Edimannickal Edge Opticals is unable to
fulfill an order due to internal reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and
clients will be informed of the reason for the cancellation.
● Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-7
business days to reflect in the client’s account.
● No refunds will be provided for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Cancellation Policy
● Clients can cancel their purchase within 24 hours of placing the order.
● Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted unless initiated by Edimannickal Edge
Opticals.
● If an order is canceled by Edimannickal Edge Opticals due to internal reasons, a full
refund will be issued, along with the reason for the cancellation.
